As a brewery and as people, we’ve grown and evolved alongside our customers—embracing new experiences, becoming more mindful of how we live, and finding ourselves drawn to a different kind of balance, one that extends beyond what’s in our glass. How We Make Switchback N.A.
To make this vision a reality, we turned to BrewVo NA, pioneers in the “nested fermentation” process. Through this innovative method, BrewVo brews Switchback Ale and then carefully removes the alcohol while preserving the beer’s signature flavor and aroma. The result is a technological marvel that delivers everything you love about Switchback Ale, minus the alcohol.
