In February, 2017, Switchback Brewing Co. officially became the first 100% employee-owned brewery in New England via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The move keeps the brewery locally owned and operated, still at its original home in the South End of Burlington, VT. As part of the Switchback team, employees work towards ownership by becoming vested in the company and earning Switchback shares. This structure provides stability, promotes efficiency and creates a positive and effective work environment.
JOB TITLE: FULL TIME & PART TIME PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS
Switchback is hiring for full time and part time help. We are looking for production assistants to help mainly with cellaring tasks and packaging product but willing to assist with all areas of brewery production. Great benefits package for the full time position and flexible hours for part time workers. Yes! You should still apply if you don't have previous experience in a craft brewery or home brewing. We think that our passion for our craft is contagious and all are welcome.
